What are you trying to do?
Tip: the location field only affects the directory search query. Leave it blank if you want.
What this will do
- Gives you a short call script with the right words.
- Suggests which supplier type to try first.
- Builds directory links that apply filters automatically.
Reality check: if the first person you call sounds confused, that’s normal. Ask “Do you exchange CO2 cylinders?” and you’ll usually get a real answer.

If they say “we don’t refill,” ask: “Do you do exchange/swaps instead?”
FAQ
Why do suppliers say “we don’t refill”?
Because many locations only do exchange (swap tanks) or only fill their cylinders.
Ask the question using their language: “Do you exchange CO2 cylinders?”
What’s easier: exchange or refill?
Exchange is usually fastest. Refills can be cheaper, but may require drop-off and may reject out-of-date or damaged cylinders.
What does “customer-owned accepted” mean?
It means they will fill your cylinder (refill) or swap it while letting you keep it in some way.
Many exchanges are a pool: you give yours, you get one back, not the same tank.
Is paintball filling the same as refilling a cylinder?
Not always. Some places fill small bottles, some refuse them, and policies vary a lot. Always ask explicitly.
